Helionexa Energy — Terms & Conditions
1 Scope of Work
Helionexa Energy agrees to design, permit, and install a solar energy system at the customer's property as specified in the quote. The system includes:
- Solar panels (quantity and type as specified in the proposal)
- Inverter(s) and all necessary electrical components
- Mounting hardware and racking system
- Complete electrical wiring and connections
- System monitoring equipment (where applicable)
All work will be performed by licensed and insured solar installers in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
2 Payment Terms
30% DEPOSIT REQUIRED: The customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total system price upon signing this agreement. This deposit covers equipment procurement, design, permits, and scheduling.
The remaining 70% balance is due after installation is completed and inspected. The customer may choose to pay this balance either in cash or through financing with an approved lender.
- Cash Payment: Pay the full balance after installation.
- Financing: The lender pays the installer directly, and the customer repays the lender monthly.
3 Example Calculation (Medium Home)
Below is an example of how pricing works for a typical Medium Home installation:

4 Installation Timeline
Once the deposit is received, Helionexa Energy will:
- Order all necessary equipment and materials
- Obtain all required permits and approvals
- Schedule the installation at a mutually agreed date
The typical timeline from deposit to completion is 4-6 weeks, depending on permit processing times and weather conditions.
5 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation process, the customer agrees to:
- Provide clear access to the property for the installation team
- Ensure the roof is in good condition (any repairs are the customer's responsibility)
- Notify the installer of any underground utilities or obstructions
- Remove any obstacles that may interfere with the installation
- Be present during the final inspection and system activation
6 Warranty Information
All systems come with comprehensive warranty coverage:
- 10-Year Workmanship Warranty — Covers installation quality and labor
- 25-Year Panel Warranty — Manufacturer warranty on solar panels
- 10-15 Year Inverter Warranty — Manufacturer warranty on inverters
- Extended warranties available upon request
All warranties are backed by reputable manufacturers and our commitment to quality.
7 Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel this agreement within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of the deposit.
After the 3-day cooling-off period, the deposit is non-refundable as equipment is ordered and permits are filed on behalf of the customer.
